Unopened Products
- Unopened CW Outlet & Supplies brand products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, returns are at the discretion of the store manager and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Opened Products
Opened CW Outlet & Supplies brand products may be exchanged for a replacement within 14 days if the product is found to be defective.
If the product is outside of the 14-day return window, CW Outlet & Supplies will replace defective products upon an investigative review of the product.
Please note: There are no cash refunds under any circumstance.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging (if possible) and in resellable condition for an exchange or store credit.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
