2. CW Outlet & Supplies Rewards Program

  • Participation: Free for all registered users. Points are accrued on qualifying purchases.

  • Data Integration: Our program utilizes third-party integrations (e.g., Smile.io) to manage points and rewards. By participating, you acknowledge that your basic purchase data is synced for the purpose of managing your balance.

  • Non-Transferability: Points possess no cash value and cannot be transferred.

  • Tax Implications: If total rewards redeemed exceed $600 in a calendar year, CW Outlet & Supplies may be required to report this to the IRS, and you may receive a Form 1099-MISC.

3. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping Area: We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories.

  • Threshold: Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50.00.

  • Addresses: We require a physical street address for all shipments; we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or virtual office locations.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We stand behind our quality with a 30-Day Guarantee. Specific terms are detailed within our official Return Policy.
